terms of service

General• Make sure to read every "Terms of Service" clause before commissioning.
• Please make sure to provide the correct and detailed information about desired artwork.
• I am drawing in my personal art style.
• Credits are always required except when the artwork is being used personally or the commissioner paid for the rights.
• My watermark is my sign, please be considerate and do not erase it.
• I can decline a commission request if I feel uncomfortable with the topic and/or around the commissioner.
• I will post the artwork on my social media. The commissioner can specify to me that they don't want it to be online, in that case, I won't post it.
• I can't work fast, please keep that in mind.
• My artwork cannot be sold to a third person.Work process• There is a couple of stages, that the commissioner must approve:
- First sketch (basically making sure that every item is composed and drawn correctly);
- Second sketch (drawing details and composing them correctly);
- Line art;
- Base colors;
- Render;
The exact sequence applied to backgrounds.
Also, keep in mind that I can't go back to the previous stages if the commissioner already approved it.
• The commissioner can't do more than 2 revisions at every stage.
• The commissioner must give me correct and detailed references.
• I will send all of the pictures for approval with my own WIP (Work In Progress) watermark until the drawing is fully done.
• After the work is done I am sending the .png file to the commissioner.
If the commissioner asked for the .psd file they must read these clauses:
- The commissioner must specify for which purposes they asked for the .psd file;
- The .psd file will be modified to the commissioner's needs or separated into png layers with every stage;
• Deadline is set by the commissioner. They can't set a deadline for less than 7 days.I am not going to:• Work in traditional art, graphic design, etc. I am working only in digital art.
• Draw furry, mecha, steampunk, unpleasant/unaesthetic NSFW.
• Copy art styles.
• Work on character design.Payment• Commissions are non-refundable after approving the flat color stage.
• I can decline a refund request if it's reasonable.if ordered through social media:
• Prepayment is 40% of the total.
• The commissioner must prepay after approving the first sketch.
• I accept only PayPal payments. If the commissioner is from Ukraine or has a Ukrainian bank account, they can pay through it.
